I took the this picture just down the road from my parents house in the Silver Spring suburb of Washington DC. You can tell by the dirt on the cover that this has either been outside for quite some time, or perhaps it was used as third base in a neighborhood game of stick ball. Being the patriot that I am, I didn’t look inside the binder, but something tells me this shouldn’t be left out like this.
