The Future Is Now, and Its Freakin’ Me Out!
For anyone who has always wanted to talk to people online, but still wants to be able to show off their fancy dental work, I may have a solution for you. Today I had my first Mother-Son video chat. My mother, the one with the hair, just got an iSight for her computer. I was then able to hook up my old Sony TRV 900, and with very little tinkering I was able join in on the fun.
Now, for the first time in years, I can talk to my mother AND wear pants.

My wife left me and took my kid with her.
To clarify, Dawn left me to go to Florida for a conference and will be coming back on Friday. Also, she kind of had to take my kid with her because the little bugger hasn’t been born yet. Still, I find the whole situation devastating.
If you, like me, are codependent, then you know that there is nothing worse than a whole week alone. For people like us “alone time” is roughly equivalent to being trapped in a coffin filled with urine soaked spiders. We all know if there is one thing spiders hate, it’s being soaked in urine.
Now if you will excuse me, I have to go call my wife and ask her if she can read my blog entry and tell me if it is funny.
